Kindergarten Graduation

I spent some time at Carolyn Wilson Mallory's home this past week and had the opportunity to scan some old pictures. This is the Kindergarten graduation picture from May 1957. As you can see, there are quite a few of us who attended school together from kindergarten through high school graduation. (Many, many, many extra points if you can name everyone in this photo. Or even half!)

    Okay, I'll go first. I'm on the far left end of the third row. Carolyn Wilson is standing next to me. I don't know the next two children, but after them is Steve Wilkins, Billy Currence, Doug Kurtz, Buddy Leach, then a little boy making a face (don't know who that is). And is the little girl standing in the doorway dressed like a teacher Gloria Rager perhaps? That's me done guessing. Anyone else want to have a crack at the other rows? Or the kids I'm forgetting?

    I think the boy next to Buddy Leach on the back row is Steve Flowers but I'm not sure. Janice Guion is at the end of that row. On the floor to the far left is Connie Murphy and Vicki McMillen is sitting on the floor. On the second row is John Paul Summers the second boy from the left? Carolyn Kees is the first girl from the left on that row. There are two I don't know and then Janet Folks? Charlie Maxwell? Frances Pate. Kathy Flowers is the first girl on the front row. Phil Barber is in the white jacket, Jane Noe is next to him and I think that Johnny Poindexter and Skippy Skipper are the last two boys on the end of the front row. Charlotte Williams is standing on the floor next to Susan Hindman. That's about all I can identify.

    I think that's Jim Dodson on the floor in front of Charlotte. And is that Larry Greer on the left of the second row next to John Paul? Also, the little girl to the left of Phil Barber is Debbie something, I think. Jane Noe Duncan and Carolyn Wilson Mallory remember her name, I believe.

    And weren't Johnny DeVasier and Billy Warden in kindergarten with us?
